Hey Gang,
It’s time for another Pulse Check, our second survey since COVID-19 descended like a swarm of locusts. The first Pulse Check was waaaaaaay back on March 26. Amazing how much (and how little) can happen in a month and a half. Back in the day, only 25% of you experienced an exposed employee, and 64% of you said you would not hire – or aren’t sure if you could hire – an executive you’ve only met virtually. You were feeling mostly anxious, tired, curious and focused. We are very interested to learn if the dial has moved on these and other questions. We have also surveyed colleagues in the EU, so we can compare data across both continents. Can you please take five minutes to complete this survey?
