Hi Gang,
Some good news today. Companies in every region are beginning to shift focus from crisis management to planning for the future. Questions about reintegration are top-of-mind, and I will attempt to bring you the latest thinking here in Vital Signs. I am hosting a Virtual CEO Summit next week to explore this topic, among others, and below you can register to attend RRA’s webcast with leading heads of HR. Feel free to shoot over any questions you’d like for these leaders to address.
News & Resources
7 habits of people who keep it together during uncertain times – I’m still working on a number of these; really sage and comforting advice
Restaurant Outbreak In China Suggests Limits To Airborne Transmission of COVID-19 – this study examines how a/c may spread the virus, which of course has interesting implications for offices
Mexican wrestlers sew Lucha Libre face masks – brilliant! Mine won’t work, though… doesn’t cover the mouth adequately (don’t ask… it’s a long story)

In Case You Missed It…
RRA Webcast: HR Leadership Through - and Beyond - the COVID-19 Crisis – We are hosting a discussion with leading heads of HR (Unilever, HP, Twitter, Hilton, Vir) about how they are preparing for a post-COVID future. The discussion will be facilitated by our CEO, Clarke Murphy. Register here.
Also, related to today’s food entry…

Food Fight – send me yours!
Today’s winner has a second career on her hands… what beautiful breads, Svetlana Lucas!!! (Chief Business Officer, Scribe Therapeutics)
Chef’s comments: We’ve been baking a lot during the quarantine time, making bread every other day, as well as sweet treats (and getting on the Peloton daily 😉). Making Easter bread is a family tradition and this year Catholic and Orthodox (Russian) Easter were a week apart, so I made two different breads – a traditional Italian decadent/sweet Easter Bread, as well as a more reserved savory Russian Easter Bread.
Cuteness Contest – send me yours!
I love this new section, inspired by Sarah Boyce, President & CEO of Avidity. She is obviously today’s winner! Sarah and her family are fostering these little guys (one made it to our Zoom call today!) ❤

A Little Levity
Russian runner jogs 62 miles worth of laps around bed – And I thought I was bored…
Idaho man catches 98 tennis balls in head-mounted basket – OK this guy is really, really bored…

Be well,

Jackie
