Feel-good story alert!!! If you’ll indulge this proud sister for a moment, this is the most amazing thing. My brother-in-law, Brett, is a firefighter in FL. My sister asked him to drive by their kids’ principal’s house – she has been holed up in a small condo with her special-needs son, Korey. Korey had a tough day – he read an article about patients with cerebral palsy dying in New York, and the article suggested that handicapped people may be deprioritized for treatment. So, Jenny hoped Brett could cheer him up and wave from the street. Here’s what Brett did (that’s him on the ladder!).
HealthMode Cough Study to Support Research into COVID-19 – A new development from digital health startup HealthMode. The HealthMode app enables continuous cough monitoring of individuals and spaces by recording cough sounds via smartphone. Chef’s comments: Astice alla catalana. Live lobster salad, Catalan style. Simple and spectacular: cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes (lukewarm), red onion, chili peppers, parsley, celery, olive oil.
